[webservices] New release of the DMC's fdsnws-event service (1.0.5) adding schemaLocation attribute

Hello WS users,

The DMC has updated the fdsnws-event service to version 1.0.5:
http://service.iris.edu/fdsnws/event/1/

In this minor revision we include the schema location for QuakeML by adding schemaLocation="http://quakeml.org/schema/xsd http://quakeml.org/schema/xsd/QuakeML-1.2.xsd" to XML documents generated by the service.

In addition to documenting the schema for a given XML document, this allows downstream software to validate the XML without manually fetching the schema documents.

This release should be backwards compatible with all request tools.
