[webservices] Service OUTAGE expected (7/23/2015 @ 11:00am PST)

Hello Web Service users,

Starting tomorrow - Thursday July 23, 2015 - at 11:00am PDT (UTC-7) there will be some maintenance being performed on the IRIS DMC database.  This maintenance period is expected to last approximately 30-45 minutes.  

During this time, most web services will be down and unresponsive.  Please make alternate plans for your data request needs.

As a reminder, an announcement will be posted to the Webservices list and to the IRIS website ~10 minutes prior to the database maintenance.
