Updated request processing software: BREQ_FAST and rdseed
With the recent addition of the data quality modifier (see the Feature Article of this newsletter for details), some changes have been made to request processing. At this time, BREQ_FAST and rdseed are the only tools that have been completely upgraded to handle the change.
