[webservices] All IRIS services unavailable during database maintenance

Hello web service users,

The web services at http://www.iris.edu/ws/ will be offline during database maintenance at the IRIS DMC.

The services will be shut down sometime soon, likely within the next 3-4 hours.  It is unknown how long the database and services will be unreachable, another message will be sent when they are back online.
