During routine upgrade maintenance, one of the real-time data servers
experienced technical issues, which is affecting service for real-time
stations not affiliated with USArray. Bud tool functionality on the
web also appears to be affected. We are in touch with the system
administrators, who are working on the problem to get service restored
as soon as possible.
For the meantime, data for IRIS/IDA, IRIS/USGS, and other non USArray
stations are not being ingested into the IRIS DMC system, nor is the
data flowing out via real-time streaming. There is currently no ETA
for this service being restored, but the incident is being given high
priority. Thank you for your patience.
