Hi there,
I'm having real trouble accessing stations from many many events. It doesn't say there is no data but station which I downloaded data from only last week are not there anymore.
One such example is this event, where stations are not showing in East Africa but I know there are many incl. the networks XJ, YH
https://ds.iris.edu/wilber3/find_stations/1427131
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Elodie

Hi Elodie,
Thanks for the heads-up. This should be working again, with a few caveats:
- Wilber now can show only ?H? channels. This will hopefully be temporary. (This was a necessary stopgap to get the data coming back into the system.)
- You may need to clear your browser cache and reload the page to see the updated data.
Cheers,
Adam

Hi again,
Wilber event finder seems to be having trouble. I have tight restrictions so it shouldn't find many events but I get the error`;
Error: The request timed out
Please can this be fixed asap,
Thanks!

Hi Elodie,
Can you describe the restrictions you're using? It's unusual to get a timeout error here, but it's certainly possible that you hit some unexpected bottleneck in the data pipeline somewhere. Off-hand, I would guess that if your query is for a very small geographic region but across a long period of time, the system might not be very well optimized for that case.
Cheers,
Adam
