I think if u are using velocity seismogram, then need to first remove instrument response, of the trace with rtr, mean and then need to differentiate instead integrate to obtain results in acceleration units.

My question how to get the value of PGA as written number instead of having it from the trace .

Hi Ali,
If your seismogram is already an accelerogram and it contains the PGA, you
can simply do the following:
SAC> READ my_accelerogram.SAC
SAC> SETBB myPGA (MAX (ABSOLUTE &1,DEPMAX) (ABSOLUTE &1,DEPMIN))
SAC> MESSAGE "PGA= %myPGA"
