Background Information
IRIS Data Services will again be conducting a short course on Monday morning December 12,2016 at the AGU. It will run from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and take place in the MOMA room of the Hotel Zelos,near the Moscone Center. The discussion will be informal but we will demonstrate and discuss a variety of topics including:

While we don’t require preregistration, we encourage you to register for the shortcourse by using the registration link or by sending an email to gale@iris.washington.edu. You may assume that your registration will be accepted.
Participants should be aware that no breakfast will be served at the short course. Only coffee and light snacks will be made available later in the morning.
Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own computers in order to do exercises. To get the most out of the experience computers should be able to connect to the Internet(through the provided WiFi).
