The KRISP 85 teleseismic experiment consisted of two arrays, a 15 station 110 x 100 km two dimensional array and a 17 station 500km long E-W linear array. Both arrays crossed the central portion of the East Africa Rift. During the 3 1/2 months of deployment a total of 84 teleseismic events
