The USGS, with funding from the National Earthquake Hazards Program, collected weight drop data in 2-D seismic reflection profiles within west Seattle as a part of a study of the Seattle uplift. Profiles trended north to south with light to moderate traffic along 47th Ave, 44th Ave, 42nd Ave, 39th Ave, and Walnut Ave. If these data are used in a publication or presentation, please acknowledge the USGS and NEHRP.
