Description
The BAS are planning to drill up to 4 holes through Rutford Ice stream in the austral summer of 2018-19. I plan to deploy short period instruments to monitor the natural source seismicity from the base of the ice before and after penetration. These ice quakes will reveal zones of stress concentration.
