This experiment is to add an active seismic refraction study to a previously executed NASA simulated human lunar traverse mission near SP Crater in the San Francisco Volcanic Field, Arizona. This project is designed to test field methodologies for geophysical deployments on planetary bodies. It involves active seismic, broadband seismic, magnetic, and GPR surveys. This is a collaborative project between GILA-MONSTER (predecessor of NASA SSERVI GEODES) and NASA GIFT.
