This package of programs allows that estimates of seismic noise for "new" stations can be determined in a similar fashion and therefore may be compared with those already published in the FDSN Station Book. The purpose of this software is to produce plots of seismic noise level, ie; the annual power spectral estimate of seismic noise and the diurnal and seasonal variations of seismic noise for a particular station.
