Thank you for reporting this, Chuck. We will work with NEIC again today to
get the kink worked out that appears to be a repeating problem with the DOI
network. At 7am PST today, data are indeed 11 hours behind.
We will update the list when more is known.

Hello Web Services list:
We have received a report from the USGS/NEIC
that data from IU,IC, GT, CU, GS, some of IM, NE,NQ,RO, and PT
are experiencing significant latencies for the following reason:
"There was a Fiber cut at Reston yesterday that was repaired at 5:00 AM ET this morning.
During this time traffic failed over to Sioux Falls (which also went down) and Denver ESN Gateways,
which would have increased latency.
This list will be updated when more news is available.
