The fdsnws-event service has been updated:

The update brings the following changes to the service:
* Support for the following catalogs will be maintained: NEIC PDE, ISC, and GCMT.
* All phase arrival information has been removed from the service.
* All secondary origin information has been removed from the service.
* Updated for compatibility with WebServiceShell v 2.2.3.
