Thread: Hotel Rooms for SAGE/GAGE Workshop

Dear Colleagues,

We’ve seen a strong pace of registrations for the upcoming SAGE/GAGE workshop. So strong, in fact, that our block of hotel rooms was briefly oversold! I wanted to let everyone know that as of this afternoon we’ve been able to add additional rooms at the group rate. If you ran into trouble trying to reserve a hotel room earlier this week, please give it another try and it should now be working.

You can book your hotel room at our group rate by visiting the workshop website (www.iris.edu/workshop) and clicking on the “Travel” tab. There you’ll find a direct link to book at our group rate.

I also wanted to let everyone know that starting today we’ve begun sending out invitations from our vaccination verification partner Crowdpass. These invitations are being sent to people who have registered for the workshop and include a link you can follow to enter your information and upload your proof of vaccination. More information on all our COVID policies is available on the workshop website.

If you haven’t yet registered to attend the SAGE/GAGE workshop, there’s still time! Hotel reservations must be made by May 18th, which is also when abstracts submissions are due. A virtual registration option is also available for those wishing to attend remotely.
