Hi

I tried this:

https://service.iris.edu/fdsnws/station/1/query?level=station&network=XX

and was very surprised that it actually returned a network with 7 stations.
My understanding from the SEED spec is that the XX network code should
never be used for distributing data, so I assume this was loading into the
database by mistake.
