Visiting Instructor of Geophysics- Temporary Faculty Position: Western Washington University invites applications for a three-quarter (nine month) visiting teaching position with a required start date of September 16, 2019. The successful candidate will teach courses in Introduction to Geophysics, Earth Materials, and Introduction to Geology/and or upper division courses in their specialty (five-six courses total). Opportunities for the successful candidate to foster and supervise student research are available, and can be supported with a modest research stipend. Candidates must have an MS or PhD in an appropriate Earth Science field at the time of appointment. Interested candidates must apply online.
