In response to feedback from the community and the National Science
Foundation, we have organized a town hall on the Rupture and Fault Zone
Observatory to be held at the 2021 AGU Fall Meeting and scheduled for
Tuesday December 14th at 6:15-7:15 CT, online and in room 391-392. This
60-minute hybrid event is open to all AGU attendees and it can be added to
your schedule here:
https://agu.confex.com/agu/fm21/meetingapp.cgi/Session/122483

At this event, we will be hearing a few short presentations followed by
open discussion. We would love to hear from participants about what
observations you need for your research, optimized array and instrument
configurations, complementary experiments, and feedback on the proposal for
workforce and training as part of RuFZO. This is an opportunity to shape
future efforts on this proposed observatory and its observational targets.

Participants are welcome to get in touch with organizers by sending an
email to kasey<at>iris.edu and it will be shared with the initial RuFZO Co-PI
team.

Thank you, and hope to see you there!
